Cancellation policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given prior to the scheduled appointment. This will be non refundable if the booking fee has been paid and non negotiable should the 24 hours notice not be adhered to by notifying us directly by email or telephone as provided on the contact page. 

Due to a busy schedule and waiting list we are unable to reallocate missed appointments to other clients unless 24 hours notice has been provided.

Allocated time is booked to ensure each individual client is given the care and time needed to achieve maximum results. 

Booking fee

A non refundable and non exchangeable booking fee is required to secure each appointment. This is redeemable off the Treatment on the day only.
